Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and be committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient histories, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with AHA BLS standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in applicable state.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.
