Clinical Pharmacist

Summary Provides accurate and efficient pharmacy services by delivering clinical support to patients, nurses, and medical staff. Supports pharmacotherapy consults, staff education, and targeted medication management initiatives. Reviews and processes medication orders to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective medication therapy in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Minimum Qualifications Education Essential: Bachelor's Degree Nonessential: Doctoral Degree Education Specialization Essential: Pharmacy Nonessential: Pharmacy Education Equivalent Experience Essential: Required - Bachelor's - Pharmacy; Preferred - Doctorate - Pharmacy Nonessential: Required - Bachelor's - Pharmacy; Preferred - Doctorate - Pharmacy Credentials Essential: Pharmacist Credential Equivalent Experience Essential: Required - Pharmacist - State of Florida; Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists) Experience Nonessential: Acute Care Job Details Facility: BayCare Health System, Pharmacy-SJHN Location: St Josephs North Status: PRN, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: Variable Shift: Shift 4 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
