ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
COMPANY PROFILE:

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Work side-by-side with the company’s Controller.
- Supports daily financial operations by maintaining accurate records and organized transaction data.
- Performs account reconciliations and resolves discrepancies across financial records.
- Assists with processing outgoing and incoming transactions, ensuring proper documentation and coding.
- Collaborates with internal teams to address questions related to financial entries and processes.
- Contributes to monthly and annual close activities, including preparing entries and maintaining account accuracy.
- Provides support for compliance-related tasks, including required filings and documentation.
- Helps monitor and uphold internal controls to protect organizational assets.
- Partners with leadership to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and support overall service quality.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE: • 5+ Years Experience• Degree in accounting, finance, or business management – preferred.
• Must have: organizational, communication, problem-solving, time management skills.
