FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN. Position Overview Location: AdventHealth MC Bolingbrook – 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. Online applications only. Schedule: Full time, PM shifts available. Hours and days may vary. Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Requirements: 2 years of prior floor care experience. Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment. Essential Functions Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and apply proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas. Apply proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface treatments, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs. Benefits Retirement Plan. Associate Shopping Program.
