Employee referral bonus program AI transcription for charting Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk-ins and same-day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up. Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments. Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual. Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries. Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards Detail-oriented and confident in medical best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications Respect and autonomy in decision-making Team-based approach to patient care. ACLS / BLS certifications (We will provide this if needed) Qualifications Doctorate (MD /DO) with a Maryland medical license and DEA certification. ABMS Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine or family medicine or if board eligible then intention to become board certified within 1 year of onboarding Salary Hourly Salary Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
