Nurse Practitioner

CVS Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver patient-centered primary and preventive care within our integrated Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and provide education that empowers patients on their path to better health.
