Sales Consultant Position

The Good Feet Store, established in 1992, is searching for energetic, results-oriented Sales Consultants that desire a long term career in sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. We are hiring for Sales Consultant for our Monterey Store located in the beautiful Edgewater Retail Center between Target and Pet Smart. Full-Time Employment: Starting hourly $20.00 On Target Earnings (OTE) $40-$60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Immediate employment and training
• Pre-qualified leads and customers no cold calling required!
• Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge
• Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service
• Engage with customers throughout our product fitting process
• Politely and professionally resolve guest issues
• Follow-up on all sales made to customers
• Process customer returns and exchanges
• Make sales and set up appointments over the phone
• Able to promote new company programs and offerings
• Restock merchandise

Requirements

• Commission based sales experience
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
• Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Experience with one-on-one sales presentations
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive and self-motivated
• Ability to perform physical task such as lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, squatting, climbing
