Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00/hour
Location: Dayton, OH

What You'll Do

Guide new hires through onboarding and employment requirements
Build relationships with candidates and clients
Conduct outreach and follow-up communication
Match qualified candidates with career opportunities
Utilize CRM and recruiting technology platforms
Support client satisfaction and business growth
