Job Description The Fine Dining Busser is responsible for preparing dining rooms for use, cleaning appropriate areas, and setting tables for further use, ensuring a positive guest experience in the Fine Dining Restaurant. Essential duties Completing all established set‑up duties. Stocking and closing duties on time; clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to procedures. Adhering to health and sanitation guidelines at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high‑volume food service or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere that encourages guests to return, providing a positive, memorable entertainment experience. Commitment to routinely exceed position responsibilities in support of organizational goals. Exhibits excitement, enthusiasm, and an outgoing personality while maintaining a professional appearance. Effective communication with guests in English specific to position duties. The Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
