We are looking for an accomplished IT Project/Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives in Juno Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited for a senior delivery leader who can align cross-functional programs with business priorities, guide high-performing teams, and provide strong executive-facing oversight. The role combines strategic planning, Agile delivery leadership, and disciplined program governance to ensure successful outcomes across large, business-critical IT efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise IT programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and business objectives remain on track across multiple workstreams.
• Provide direction to project teams and foster accountability through clear priorities, coaching, and ongoing performance support.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, project schedules, resource strategies, cost forecasts, and status communications for leadership review.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities, resolve delivery issues, and keep initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee governance activities by managing risks, dependencies, scope adjustments, and compliance with established project management standards.
• Drive adoption of Agile and hybrid delivery practices by facilitating planning cycles, execution rhythms, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Support enterprise collaboration and digital workplace initiatives, including programs involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
• Use project and collaboration tools such as Trello, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to monitor progress, improve transparency, and strengthen delivery execution.
• Present program updates, strategic recommendations, and issue escalation summaries to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience leading large-scale IT programs, enterprise transformation efforts, and business-aligned technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex portfolios involving budgets, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk control.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methods as well as traditional project delivery approaches in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform implementations.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise IT infrastructure, governance practices, and strategic planning.
