Make every order a masterpiece in both look and taste. Handle some opening and closing duties. Responsibilities Warmly greet and engage each guest Assist guest in selection process Responsible for accurate cashing, including opening and closing accounting duties Enter orders into the point of sale (POS) system, collect payment, provide correct change, etc. Have basic understanding of cooking and serving food, and can read and follow basic recipes and procedures Measure and assemble ingredients to create melt sandwiches, sauces, sides and desserts Have ability to operate and/or familiarity working with food slicer and kitchen knife Embrace and promote all facets of Melty Principles Exhibit job and product knowledge to accurately support all functions at a Melty restaurant Qualifications No prior experience or training necessary Previous guest service and/or food & beverage experience preferred Must be 16 years of age or older Reliable transportation or reliable use of public transportation Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment Company Overview Melty Way is looking for dynamic people to engage with our guests and create and serve our amazing melts!
