Clinical Staff Pharmacist | Specialty Pharmacy

Looking for a pharmacist role where accuracy, purpose, and patient impact truly matter? We're partnering with a high-growth, nationally licensed specialty pharmacy in Pittsburgh seeking a Fulfillment Staff Pharmacist to join their team. This is a stable, full-time opportunity in a collaborative, people-first environment where pharmacists are respected as clinical professionals—not just order verifiers. This is a combo role of dispensing and clinical duties.

What You'll Do:

Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance
Provide patient counseling on specialty therapies
Perform final QA checks and support quality initiatives
Guide pharmacy technicians and support workflow excellence
Step into leadership support when needed

What We're Looking For:

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
PharmD or BS Pharmacy
Specialty or mail-order experience preferred
Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite – not remote)
