Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring Weld Shop General Labor/Helpers for a leading marine manufacturer. If you enjoy hands-on work, don't mind getting dirty, and are looking for a physically active role, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This position plays a key role in supporting weld shop operations by moving large pontoon tubes and keeping production lines supplied with the materials needed to maintain workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

Move and transport pontoon tubes and materials throughout the weld shop
Supply weld shop production lines with materials and product
Lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Assist production teams with daily operational needs
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset
Reliable attendance and dependability
Physical agility and stamina to work with large materials and products

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
