About Us
Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) provides property and asset management solutions across Texas. We focus on improving occupancy, streamlining operations, and creating positive resident experiences across our multifamily and affordable housing communities.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an Outreach and Marketing Assistant to support local marketing efforts and promote available rental units across our properties. This role involves raising awareness of leasing opportunities, connecting with local businesses and community members, and helping generate interest from prospective residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromote available rental units and leasing opportunities within local communities.
Visit nearby businesses and community locations to build awareness of AAM Living properties.
Distribute promotional materials and share information about available apartments.
Communicate basic information about rental availability, property amenities, and leasing specials.
Direct interested individuals to the appropriate leasing team.
Maintain records of outreach activities and interested prospects.
Coordinate with property teams to support marketing and occupancy goals.
Assist with other basic marketing and outreach activities as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or outreach is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with people and promoting rental opportunities.
Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated.
Basic organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between assigned locations.
