Salary + Benefits: $170,000 to $210,000 + comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and retirement plan Responsibilities of Spanish-Speaking Pediatrician: Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence Conduct well-child visits, physical exams, and developmental screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children Communicate effectively with patients and families in both English and Spanish Educate families on preventative care, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including nurses, social workers, and specialists Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinical standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs Requirements of Spanish-Speaking Pediatrician: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain) Fluency in Spanish and English (required) Strong commitment to serving underserved and diverse populations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based, community health setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Smith Arnold Partners
