Carpet One By Henry is looking for a dependable, motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. If you enjoy staying active, working with a great group of people, and taking pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you!

 

This is a full-time position with consistent hours, local deliveries, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with one of the Triad's most respected flooring companies.

 

What You'll Do

• Drive a cargo van and 26-foot box truck to deliver flooring materials to residential and commercial job sites.
• Load and unload carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile, and flooring supplies safely and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift to receive, move, and organize inventory.
• Verify delivery orders for accuracy.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Assist with receiving shipments and preparing customer orders.
• Work closely with our sales and installation teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Represent Carpet One By Henry professionally at every customer location.

 

What We're Looking For

✔ Valid North Carolina Driver's License

✔ Clean driving record

✔ Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

✔ Must speak and understand English - secondary language is a plus

✔ Experience driving a cargo van and a 26-foot box truck

✔ Forklift experience required

✔ Ability to lift heavy flooring materials and work in a physically active environment

✔ Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
