A Project Manager position in Jacksonville, FL is available at Garney Construction. What You Will Be Doing Managing cost and 'Work In Progress' projections. Managing job site supervisory personnel. Planning and scheduling the project. Developing and maintaining owner relations. Negotiating and purchasing materials. Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations. Managing project costs. Contract negotiation and administration. What We Are Looking For Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field. 7-10 years of construction experience.
