Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work hours while maintaining a key role in our detox center operations. As a part of a coordinated care team, you will collaborate with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, while also having the independence to conduct assessments, provide therapy, and develop treatment plans based on best practices in social work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical care to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to empower clients and support their recovery goals.

You will primarily work with adults struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also face co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and psychosocial interventions.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
