The system is committed to providing excellent care and fostering employee growth within a state-of-the-art facility.Practice InfoExperienced team of physician and advanced practice providers with dual or triple coverage on all shiftsFast-paced clinic with support staff including experienced nursing, rad techs, and check-in/check-out for efficiencyPOC testing and digital X-ray located in clinicMedical group of 460 employed providers, including various specialty providers available for referral/consultEpic electronic medical record and good clinical support staffing structuresRegional tertiary center with robust specialty support including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, and cardiothoracicCompensationNationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonusesGenerous sign-on / relocation bonusAnnual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues5-7% retirement match + 457b programPaid malpractice + tailBenefits8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME)Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional developmentMonthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issuesShift & ScheduleFull-time = 156 shifts/year, flexibility in scheduling – will consider reduced FTEClinic hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:30 pm and Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am - 6:00 pmRequirementsJ-1 visa sponsorship available
