Registered Nurse

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Job type: Contract Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, support surgical services, and ensure adherence to clinical, safety, and service excellence standards. Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to perform patient assessments, examinations, and treatments Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation Demonstrate professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and ethical clinical practices Participate in preoperative patient calls and routine unit readiness checks Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Follow regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards in all aspects of care delivery Coordinate and adjust care plans for patients with complex needs Report near misses and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a safe clinical environment Communicate delays and prioritize patient-centered care delivery Required Qualifications Education Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room Additional experience in one or more of the following areas: Pre-Op Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Emergency Room (ER) Infusion Therapy Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting Exposure to service lines such as Orthopedic Joint, ENT, GYN, General Surgery, or Plastics preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
