The environment emphasizes professional growth, ethical practice, and a client-centered approach. Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Kearney, NE. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. Daily responsibilities include providing hands-on care, monitoring progress, updating documentation, and communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves collaborating with the broader care team to ensure continuity of care, educating patients on home exercise programs, and supporting injury prevention and wellness initiatives. The Physical Therapist is expected to maintain high clinical standards, uphold regulatory and ethical guidelines, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Knowledge of Medicine and clinical best practices relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and general health conditions. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including effective communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. Experience or interest in Home Care services, including developing and monitoring home exercise programs. Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nebraska. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records. CPR/First Aid certification and adherence to safety and infection control standards. Prior clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
