Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and education Part‑Time Start: Minimum of 15–20 hours per week Path to Full‑Time: Opportunity to expand into full‑time hours depending on center needs and availability Hiring Bonus

• 300 for part‑time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• 600 for part‑time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• $2 per hour for weekend shifts
• $5 per hour for company‑observed holidays

Schedule Needs Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–8:00 pm Hiring Locations Cities: Woodland Hills, Sylmar, Pacoima, Van Nuys, North Hills, Northridge, Canoga Park, Granada Hills, Tujunga, Sun Valley Bilingual Spanish Required Mileage reimbursement if first client is over 20 miles away What We Offer Impactful work with children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities Paid training to prepare you for success Structured career pathways for growth and leadership Consistent schedule supporting professional and personal life Team collaboration and a culture built on teamwork, accountability, respect, and quality Reimbursement for mileage and phone expenses Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow Reliable transportation Key Responsibilities 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more) Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve 360 Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer We provide reasonable accommodations for any part of the application or employment process. #J-18808-Ljbffr 360 Behavioral Health
