Salary: $124,000 - 164,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek an experienced Senior Generative AI / Platform Engineer.
• This position requires W-2 employment.

• Architect, deploy, and scale GenAI services, vector databases, and model gateways across on-premises Red Hat OpenShift and public cloud services such as AWS EKS, Bedrock, and EC2.
• Design and optimize enterprise RAG pipelines, including hybrid vector and lexical search and cross-encoder reranking, to reduce context noise and token use and limit hallucinations.
• Build, deploy, and monitor production-grade AI agents that can plan autonomously, use tools, reason through multi-step tasks, and self-correct.
• Create scalable integrations between LLMs and enterprise data sources using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), with standardized interfaces for tool servers and data sources.
• Design and implement Agent-to-Agent collaboration systems that let specialized agents communicate, delegate tasks, and coordinate state synchronously or asynchronously.
• Develop secure, high-throughput, fault-tolerant Java/Spring Boot microservices to deliver GenAI features, orchestrate data, and expose robust endpoints.
