As a Host/Hostess your job duties are welcoming guests, managed reservations and waitlists, coordinated seating assignments, and delivered exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient front-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Greeted guests promptly and created a welcoming dining experience.
- Managed waitlists and seating arrangements to maximize restaurant efficiency.
- Answered phone calls, took reservations, and provided accurate wait time estimates.
- Coordinated with servers and management to ensure balanced table assignments.
- Assisted guests with special requests and accommodated seating preferences whenever possible.
- Maintained a clean, organized, and inviting front entrance and host stand.
