About the Opportunity

The Thompson Agency is looking for a licensed producer for a hybrid/remote role covering Rexburg, ID. You'll get Brightway's carrier network and agency-level support, with commission structured to reward performance rather than cap it.

The Role

• Sell auto, home, and life insurance to new and existing customers
• Take agency-supplied leads through the sales process to close
• Consult with customers to find coverage suited to their needs
• Meet monthly sales targets in a hybrid work environment

What We're Looking For

• Active P&C insurance license required
• 1–3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable with a hybrid schedule
