WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE:

Love making someone's day? Join our team and craft exceptional coffee, juices, smoothies & cafe bites with even better energy. This is a barista-forward role where you'll lead the guest experience from the cafe while supporting our fast-paced to-go program and catering orders. This position is part of our brand-new True Food Kitchen in Boulder, which will feature a café experience within the space. You'll help set the tone, build systems, and bring our hospitality to life in this exciting new chapter for the brand.

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:
• Preferred prior barista and food service experience
• Comfortable in high-volume and fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Confident multitasker who communicates clearly
• Interest in learning all café positions (counter, register, drink prep, food handling)
• Weekend availability required

THE PERFECT PAIRING:
• Fast-paced, team-oriented, and strong tip potential - you keep what you earn.
• Preparation of drinks & food to company and food safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in counter throughout each shift
• Take & package accurate takeout/to-go orders (phone, online, and in person) with strong attention to detail
• Manage and monitor KDS system
• Communicate and coordinate clearly with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy
• Oversee catering orders from preparation through packaging
• Thrive in a team-focused environment - communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with fellow baristas and to-go specialists to keep every shift running smoothly.
