Plant Maintenance/Engineering Manager

Our client is a multi-shift, high volume best in class precision metal stamping manufacturer known for operational excellence, an exceptional workplace culture and industry-leading employee retention. We're looking for a Plant Maintenance/Engineering Manager to lead their maintenance department. The Opportunity Lead plant maintenance operations reporting directly to the CEO. You'll manage a talented team of 4, oversee equipment upgrades, ensure compliance, and make a real impact on facility's performance. What You'll Do Direct all plant maintenance activities and lead a team of 4 direct reports Manage subcontracting and source capital equipment Implement and upgrade our preventive maintenance program Ensure OSHA and safety compliance across the facility Manage maintenance inventory and budgets Mentor team members and maintain quality standards Oversee electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems What We're Looking For - Your background 5+ years of maintenance experience in metal stamping/deep drawing manufacturing Management and supervisory experience Milling, lathe, and machining competency Associate or bachelor's degree (electromechanical or related) – life experience considered This position is at our client's Vermont manufacturing facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Orion Global Talent
