Job Opportunity – Observation Nurse – Michigan

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Midland, Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend rotation; no call required

Highlights:

• Focus on outpatient observation status care with comprehensive patient assessment and monitoring
• Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and patient assistance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate and update treatment plans
• Epic EMR system utilized (preferred experience)

Requirements:

• Active Michigan registered nurse license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of observation nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Current skills checklist pertinent to observation specialty (within 1 year)
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius of the facility location
