As a Product Delivery Manager in Omnichannel Payments commercialization , you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. Job Responsibilities Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Develop and maintain go to market material: sell box, pitch book, FAQ, sales training material, etc. Develop product strategies for different verticals and the vision that delivers value to our customers Design product and sales campaigns that execute on key deliverables and highlight our customer's needs Execute an Omnichannel Partnership strategy in line with our product and vertical strategy Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Expertise Payments in different verticals Strong expertise in Merchant Acquiring, payment processing or payment operations, payment applications and front-end APIs Experience creating new partnerships and manage relationships leading to strong business value Require basic API knowledge Understanding of the various consumer journeys in different verticals and how it translates to product strategy and partnerships Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong ability to research market intelligence and generate strategies accordingly Strong cross-functional communication and coordination ability Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Worked in FinTech Developed partnerships with software providers Ran commercial strategies with partners Ran product strategies or owned product roadmap decisioning About Us JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
