TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Conway, South Carolina, 29526!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: 2 years of MS/Tele experience required License: Must have active state license in hand Certifications: BCLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - Float pool experience preferred - PCU/Step Down experience preferred - Telemetry monitoring required Description: 2 night shifts needed for MS/Tele Float. The nurse will float to other MS/Tele units as needed. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele experience. Float pool experience is preferred, as well as PCU/Step Down experience. Telemetry monitoring on the unit is required. The nurse will be responsible for care associated with medical, surgical, and cardiac patients. The registered nurse is expected to have primary IV skills, while RT will cover specialty IV needs. No first-time travelers for the float position. Patient/nurse ratio is 1:6, with flexing up to 1:7 when necessary. Every other weekend work is required. Self-scheduling and blocked scheduling are permitted. Preferred no requests for time off during holidays, but one holiday may be considered. CERNER EMR system experience is required. The position will primarily work with adult patients. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience with various critical nursing skills.
