Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with over a 40 year track record of excellence and a 5 star nursing home rating quality care. We are currently seeking a hospitality minded full-time Billing Specialist. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care and service to our residents.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Compiles and inputs data into the computer for resident billing.
2. Performs insurance verifications as necessary.
3. Compiles and inputs data into the computer for assigned areas of billing.
4. Follows up on all account receivables to insure aging accounts are collected.
5. Sets up new payor sources as necessary.
6. Runs necessary reports. Maintains backup and support documents.
7. Maintains ledgers and storage binders in an orderly fashion.
8. Posts payments to the receivable.
9. Files paperwork.
10. Assists Accounting Supervisor & Director with accounting duties, as assigned.
