Registered Client Service Associate

Our client, an established and highly respected independent wealth management firm located in Englewood, CO, is seeking an experienced Client Services Associate to join its growing team. Job Summary: The Client Service Associate role is an investment operations and advisor support position, with significant responsibility for account administration, paperwork processing, client servicing, compliance coordination, planning support, and investment proposal preparation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare materials for client meetings, client annual reviews, financial plans, investment proposals, and investment policy statements. Process and maintain advisory and investment accounts, including account openings, transfers, rollovers, deposits, withdrawals, distributions, and beneficiary updates. Monitor account activity, advisory funding, asset transfers, compliance items, and annual review schedules. Support financial advisors by gathering client data, assisting with planning software (PX), preparing recommendations, and providing meeting support. Maintain CRM records, performance reporting, and client service activities. Assist clients with operational and transactional needs, including RMDs, cash management, standing instructions, stock options, and retirement plan servicing. Qualifications: Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred. Preferred experience with NetX360, Envestnet/Folio, CRM. Strong client relationship skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as work independently and collaboratively. Educational/License Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred. Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65/66 required.
