Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and goals
Design and implement therapeutic activities and exercises to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for maintaining independence and self-care
Requirements:
Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Pennsylvania
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, energetic attitude
