Travel Nurse RN - Clinic Dialysis - $2,110 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Dawson, Georgia.

Position Details

• Position Type: Chronic RN
• Charge Nurse Experience: Required
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Responsibilities
The RN will:

• Serve as Charge Nurse as needed.
• Conduct physician care rounds.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings.
• Report and document abnormal findings.
• Complete care plans and patient assessments.
• Perform medication reconciliation.
• Complete monthly progress notes for all patients.
• Perform all duties within their scope of practice as requested by the client.

Required Certifications

• BLS (must be submitted with the application)

License Requirements

• Active Compact RN License required.
• Include a current Nursys verification report with submission. For Dialysis Technicians, provide proof of any required state license.

Schedule

• Clinic Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Attendance at staffing meetings on Tuesday and/or Thursday may be required.
• Shift: Approximately 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Expected Schedule: 3 days per week

Scheduling Notes

• Due to the nature of 6-day clinics and acute units, shift lengths may vary. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday shifts are often longer, while Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts may be shorter.
• Requests for specific scheduling accommodations may reduce the guaranteed hours.
• All shifts are approximate and subject to change based on patient census and staffing needs.

On-Call

• None required.

Float Requirements

• May be required to float to other Albany-area clinics.
• No floating to other departments is required.

Weekend Requirements

• For Monday–Saturday clinics and acute positions, Saturday rotations are required based on client needs. Every-other-weekend scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
