Public Health Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

Public Health Dental Hygienist (Part-Time) Job Description Provide and maintain preventative oral health services including oral screening/assessment, oral health education, radiographs, intraoral photos, prophylaxis, dental sealants, topical application of fluoride medicaments including Silver Diamine Fluoride, as well as patient management, documentation and referrals. Department : Dental Services Hours: Part Time, 27 hours a week required Shift: 3 days a week; 7:00am - 4:30PM Required: AS Degree, Licensed Dental Hygienist, Public Health Dental Hygienist, BLS and valid IL driver's License. ***Applicants who do not currently hold the PHDH cert may still be considered if they are eligible to obtain the credential within 90 days of hire. **Until certification is obtained, the employee will be hired, classified, and paid under standard Dental Hygienist position.
