Speech-Language Pathologists with their CCC and PK-12 school experience will thrive in an environment where specialized tracks—Standard PK–12, Early Childhood/Preschool, or Bilingual—are available to align with your expertise. Assignments feature dynamic caseloads that may reach or exceed approximately 60 students, adjusted as needed based on current staffing levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a caseload of students with varying speech-language and communication needs.
• Deliver direct therapy and conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Provide expertise in the setup and management of AAC and assistive technology.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and case notes.
• Collaborate closely with families and classroom teachers to build effective learning strategies.
• Serve a multicultural student group, with 55% of students from multilingual backgrounds.

Desired experience and skills:

• Current or eligible for RIDE PK-12 SLP Certification (unfortunately, CFs and SLPAs are not eligible due to supervision standards).
• Proven experience in a school setting, preferably with mixed caseloads or bilingual populations.
• CCC-SLP credential.
• Strong familiarity with direct therapy for diverse PK-12 populations.
• Demonstrated skill in collaborating with families and educators, as well as managing paperwork and technology.
