If you're ready to be Equipped to Do More, we'd love to meet you. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Manager to lead parts operations at our Plainwell location. In this role, you will perform a variety of in-store customer service, sales, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to receiving and delivery of parts and tooling. Duties involve working in an effective and efficient manner to satisfy internal and external customer requirements as well as providing leadership and motivation to other parts team members. What You'll Do • Determine correct replacement parts and pricing using catalogs, schematics, computer systems, inspections, and customer descriptions • Provide customers with guidance on proper tooling for specific equipment needs • Support technicians by identifying and supplying the correct parts for repair jobs • Place and manage orders for stock inventory and urgent machine-down situations • Receive, stock, and organize inventory using established systems • Inspect parts for defects and coordinate exchanges or returns as needed • Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently from available inventory • Prepare invoices, sales receipts, and related documentation • Lead, motivate, and support parts team members to ensure high performance What You Bring • High school diploma or GED required • At least 2 years of experience in vehicle or heavy equipment parts ordering (or equivalent experience) preferred • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service and sales abilities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Leadership skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and internet tools • Ability to safely operate a forklift in accordance with company safety policies Why You'll Love Working Here We offer a supportive environment that provides opportunities for growth and development.
