Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans that meet their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and group settings, ensuring a supportive and understanding atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
