Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Insurance license required or willing to obtain one
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Affordable Care Act enrollment preferred

In this role, you will work closely with all health services at Arcare/KentuckyCare/MississippiCare and their affiliates to develop a comprehensive service delivery system that meets the needs of our patients and clients. You will collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to maximize resources and support program development objectives. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for helping others navigate their insurance needs, and is dedicated to ensuring our patients receive the best possible support in accessing healthcare services.

• Work-life balance through a predictable schedule. Schedules are established early and rarely change, so employees enjoy a steady workweek rhythm.
• No routine nights or weekends for most positions. (Some clinical roles may have limited weekend coverage based on clinic needs.)

• 96 hours of paid sick time for full-time employees who work 40 hours per week. Accrual begins on the first day of employment.
• Paid holidays, including one floating holiday and one birthday holiday to be used during the month of the employee's birthday.
• 401(k) retirement plan with company matching up to 200% of the employee's contribution of up to 4% after one year of employment
• Company-paid renewal of applicable licenses and certifications , subject to supervisor and HR approval based on the employee's position and job duties
• Possible Continuing Education reimbursement for current employees, subject to supervisor and HR approval based on the employee's position and job duties

Loan Repayment Opportunities

Many Arcare locations serve medically underserved communities. Eligible clinical team members may qualify for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program . Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
