Why Join StretchLab Medford? $17/hour base pay + commission Minimum 15 -20 hours per week , including one evening or Saturday shift Be part of a growing wellness community in the heart of Medford Get rewarded for your hustle - commissions and bonuses for performance What You'll Do: Be the Face and Force Behind Our Studios Growth Sales & Membership Growth Make 50+ outbound calls per day to engage leads, reconnect with past visitors, and fill intro sessions Deliver dynamic, informative studio tours and guide first-time guests through their initial experiences Close sales by emphasizing value over price and connecting our service to clients personal goals Navigate objections with confidence, empathy, and professionalism Promote retail and service add-ons that elevate client results Client Experience & Studio Operations Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and energy Juggle front desk duties checking in clients, answering phones, booking sessions , and supporting Flexologists Troubleshoot day-to-day studio needs quickly and effectively Keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready Use ClubReady (or similar CRM) to stay on top of follow-ups and manage lead pipelines Community & Marketing Support Contribute to social media, local outreach, and studio marketing events Represent the StretchLab brand with passion both inside and outside the studio Who You Are You have sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service environments (gym, spa, salon, boutique studio) Youre comfortable on the phone, skilled in objection-handling, and confident with structured sales Youre organized, goal-oriented , and thrive in fast-paced environments You love building rapport and helping people feel comfortable with something new Youre available for at least 1520 hours/week , including evenings or Saturdays You live in or near Medford, MA , and have a reliable commute Youre motivated by results and love earning commission through performance What You Get Hourly base pay + commission + monthly bonus opportunities Real career growth in a booming health and wellness industry A vibrant, inclusive team culture focused on health, community, and personal connection Help Medford Move Better.
