What You'll Do

As a Client Care Specialist, you'll help ensure our clients receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring caregivers in the field.

Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
Cover open client shifts when needed to ensure continuity of care
Train and mentor new caregivers in clients' homes
Communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership
Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others.

Experience as an HHA or STNA
Flexible availability between 8 AM 6 PM MondayFriday, with occasional weekends
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
Ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers

Requirements:

Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License
Reliable and consistent transportation
Current proof of auto insurance
HHA or STNA certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
