Job Overview Ellie Mental Health, a rapidly growing mental health organization in Bethesda, is hiring licensed clinicians to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based therapy. Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop individual treatment plans according to company policy. Provide structured EMDR therapy services to individuals. Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week. Deliver excellent client customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs. Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, employers, medical professionals, Ellie staff, and school personnel as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions. Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution. Full licensure as a mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, or LCPC) in the state of Maryland. Experience completing treatment plans, clinical case notes, and diagnostic assessments. Compensation Annual base salary: $82,000 – $103,000, above‑market with potential to grow into six figures. Monthly performance bonuses. Hourly pay structure with commission on claims.
