Sales Data Analyst

The Sales Data Analyst will support our Tampa sales organization by building AIassisted workflows optimizing data processes and enhancing the efficiency of sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly confident with computers advanced in Excel and excited about leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT Claude or similar platforms to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
AI Workflow Development Build and refine AIpowered tools and automations using ChatGPT Claude or other LLM platforms to improve sales team efficiency.
Advanced Excel Modeling Create dashboards reports and data models using pivot tables formulas macros and data visualization techniques.
Sales Data Support Clean organize and analyze sales data to support forecasting pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies and propose AI or Excelbased solutions to streamline workflows.
CrossTeam Collaboration Partner with sales representatives and managers to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Tool & System Enhancement Support improvements to CRM data quality reporting templates and internal documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Information Systems Marketing or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP INDEX/MATCH formulas charts; macros a plus)
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude or similar platforms to automate tasks or build workflows
High confidence with computers digital tools and learning new systems quickly
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly with nontechnical stakeholders
Curiosity initiative and willingness to experiment with new technologies
Preferred (Not Required)
Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
Basic understanding of sales operations or pipeline management
