The role involves managing construction litigation from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as participating in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. The position offers flexible full-time, part-time, or hybrid arrangements within an AM100 defense context. Eligibility: Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice in California.
