Proliance Sports Therapy and Rehab Snoqualmie, 7726 Center Blvd SE, Snoqualmie, Washington, United States of America Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy Educate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment program Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with APTA standards Qualifications Physical Therapy Assistant License Must meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squatting Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA) Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay ($27.00- $44.46 per hour) based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires 401(k) with match and profit sharing PTO and paid holidays $1,500 annual continuing education reimbursement Health coverage, 401(k) with match, profit share, PTO and more Work Environment & Physical Demands The work environment may be performed in an office and clinical environment.
