Overview Fast-Food Restaurant Assistant Manager – Popeyes in Hobbs, NM is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Manager. Responsibilities Provide vital assistance to the team and keep the establishment running smoothly under the direction of the general manager. Oversee day-to-day operations to meet goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment. Address customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in a managerial position at a restaurant. Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Schedule This full-time position offers a flexible schedule that usually includes nights.
