Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume operating room environment handling 15–25 cases per day across 7 surgical suites
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedic, Robotics, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, C-sections, and Endoscopy
• Operate and assist with robotic surgical systems including the da Vinci platform
• Participate in weeknight, weekend, and holiday call rotations with a 30-minute response time requirement
• Float to the outpatient surgery center as needed to support departmental coverage
• Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR and adhere to facility clock-in/clock-out requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Hands-on OR experience with General surgery, Orthopedic (spine and total joints), ENT, Urology, Gynecology, C-sections, and Endoscopy
• Experience with da Vinci robotic surgical system
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Ability to fulfill call requirements including weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multi-specialty, high-volume surgical environment
• Familiarity with outpatient surgical center workflows
• Adaptability to varying shift schedules within a 24-hour coverage model
