$35-$42/hr + Performance Bonuses + Leadership Opportunity

TAB Construction is expanding its in-house concrete division and looking for an experienced concrete professional ready to help lead and grow a high-quality crew.

Our region has a major shortage of reliable concrete contractors, and TAB is uniquely positioned with substantial equipment, forms, trucks, and infrastructure already in place. We are building a team focused on craftsmanship, professionalism, and long-term growth.

What You'll Do
• Lead residential concrete and foundation projects
• Oversee forming, pours, finishing, and site coordination
• Plan materials, manpower, and equipment needs
• Maintain high workmanship and safety standards
• Mentor junior crew members and help develop the team
• Coordinate with project managers and homeowners
• Help establish systems and standards for a growing division

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of residential concrete experience
• Strong leadership and jobsite management skills
• Experience with foundations, slabs, forming, and finishing
• Ability to plan ahead and manage crews efficiently
• Pride in quality craftsmanship
• Dependable, professional attitude
