Hawkins Chevrolet is looking for an experienced automotive technician who wants steady work, strong shop support, and an opportunity to build a lasting career. GM experience is preferred but not required.

We have the work, equipment, and support. We are prepared to pay for proven skill, productivity, and quality.

• Flat-rate compensation up to $35 per flagged hour , based on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and demonstrated skill level
• Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified technicians , subject to eligibility and an agreed-upon payment schedule

Each month, our technicians and service team have a dealership-paid lunch and select a monthly MVP and G.O.A.T. We award more than $800 in cash and prizes, present trophies to both winners, and give the MVP an opportunity to win additional cash, gift cards, or paid time off. We also hold regular team cookouts.

A well-organized shop creates less chaos, better repairs, stronger customer service, and more earning potential for technicians.

• Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• GM dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, maintenance, and repair skills
• Consistent attendance and dependability
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs
• Ability to communicate effectively with advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and management
• Ability to follow established repair, documentation, safety, and quality-control processes
• PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses are preferred
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, because the position requires moving and road-testing customer and dealership vehicles
