To support multiple ambulatory practices, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, handle patient inquiries and appointment scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Communicate with patients and staff using various advanced communication tools to address inquiries and provide information Utilize a computerized scheduling system to schedule and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring proper time allocation Document and update patient records accurately while adhering to established practice guidelines and protocols Required qualifications A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and concern Experience using multiple communication tools, including phone calls, online chats, and emails Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals
